Archive for the ‘* The Truth has arrived’ Category

While ALLAH has revealed so many astonishing scientific truths in his book through rasulullah (SAW), this following verse really made me think “Alhamdulillah”. This single verse has converted people to Islam for its scientific compatibility.

‘And thy Lord taught the bee to build its cells in hills, on trees and in (men’s) habitations….. there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for mankind. Verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought’.
(Translation of Quran 16:68-69)

Any skeptical and cynical person would raise question against “there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours”.

They would say honey doesn’t come from bee’s body. But Quran doesn’t mean that honey comes from bees. But it means how the bees produce the best quality of honey. The science says

The honey produced by honey bees; honey produced by other bees or other insects has very different properties. Bees use their stored honey as their source of energy. In the hive the bees use their “honey stomachs” to ingest and regurgitate the nectar a number of times until it is partially digested. The bees work together as a group with the regurgitation and digestion until the product reaches a desired quality. It is then stored in honeycomb cells.

The use of honey can be over 2700 years before, but only Quran gave us the first insight of how the honey is produced scientifically.

So the fact is we, the humankind tend to believe only what science says (even though scientists come up with different and contradicting theories from time to time). But the Quran doesn’t change time to time for the fact it’s the book for all times.

So the moral is

And say: “The Truth has arrived, and Falsehood perished; for Falsehood is bound to perish.” We send down stage by stage, of the Qur’an that which is a Healing and a Mercy to those who believe; and to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss. (17: 81, 82)
